“Inks” transformable brooch in white, pink and yellow gold, set with a heart-shaped ruby, round sapphires and spessartite garnets, Grand Feu enamel and brilliant-cut diamonds.
Deliberately bold, the unisex “Inks” brooches playfully recreate the symbols that sailors get tattooed. Cast into a sea of Grand Feu enamel and diamonds, the precious anchor in yellow gold, rubies, sapphires and garnets spouts out from the brooch. In keeping with Chaumet's iconic sentimental jewellery, the message “Forever in my heart” is hand-engraved into the gold. The brooch hides a clasp that can be opened to accommodate a gold chain and transformed into a necklace.
Since its creation in 1780, Chaumet has drawn its inspiration from the elements of nature. Water plays a major role. With Ondes et Merveilles de Chaumet, the Maison dedicates an entire collection of high jewellery to the sea. An invitation to travel, exploring a variety of horizons to tell the story of the sea in all its manifestations, from waves caressing the water’s surface through to underwater treasure hunts, ships in ports of call and the currents of the Gulf Stream.
