Chaumet’s library welcomes a second box-set of three books published by Assouline. Celebrating the High Jewellery collections and two of the Maison’s founding themes, these works mark an annual invitation to delve into Chaumet’s culture.
For more than two centuries, Chaumet’s jewellers have adorned timepieces with the rarest of diamonds and gems.
Artists of the infinitely small, they use the utmost meticulous skill to highlight the volume of the case, the dial and the bracelet. Mastering every type of setting – grain, prong, bezel, invisible, flange or honeycomb and stone cut – brilliant, cabochon, baguette, cushion or pear - they place, one by one, each gem in its own place. Creating, step by step, a new exceptional piece.
