How do I have my Chaumet jewellery resized?

Having your Chaumet jewellery resized allows it to be adjusted to fit you while preserving its aesthetic and integrity. Each resizing request undergoes a thorough technical assessment to ensure compliance with the Maison’s quality standards. The adjustment options are specific to each piece and limited to help ensure its longevity. Certain specific considerations may also apply depending on the models. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been confirmed?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, certain customer or delivery details can still be changed by contacting our Customer Service.Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track your parcel and, depending on the options offered by our logistics partner, update the delivery address directly through their portal.An order can only be cancelled before it is shipped. If your order is still being prepared, please contact our Customer Service. to request a cancellation. Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be issued within 1 to 2 business days.If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. The main difference between white gold and platinum lies in their composition.

950‰ platinum comprises 95% pure platinum. Naturally white, it does not oxidise over time and provides excellent support for gemstones.

18-carat white gold is an alloy comprising 75% gold. It is covered with a thin layer of rhodium, which gives it its characteristic whiteness and brilliance.

Over time and with wear, this rhodium plating may deteriorate and require maintenance.

Chaumet jewellery is designed at the Maison’s creative studio, in the heart of Paris. The pieces are then made in the High Jewellery workshop, located at 12 Vendôme, or in certified partner workshops.

These workshops are based in France and Italy. Each piece of jewellery undergoes rigorous checks carried out by the Maison’s experts to ensure it meets Chaumet’s aesthetic requirements and quality standards.
