How do I have my Chaumet jewellery resized?

Having your Chaumet jewellery resized allows it to be adjusted to fit you while preserving its aesthetic and integrity. Each resizing request undergoes a thorough technical assessment to ensure compliance with the Maison’s quality standards. The adjustment options are specific to each piece and limited to help ensure its longevity. Certain specific considerations may also apply depending on the models. Please note that jewellery that has been resized cannot be returned or exchanged. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been confirmed?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, certain customer or delivery details can still be changed by contacting our Customer Service.Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track your parcel and, depending on the options offered by our logistics partner, update the delivery address directly through their portal.An order can only be cancelled before it is shipped. If your order is still being prepared, please contact our Customer Service. to request a cancellation. Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be issued within 1 to 2 business days.If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Your Chaumet watch is covered by a two (2) year International Warranty covering any lack of conformity arising under normal conditions of use, effective from the date of purchase shown on your Certificate of Authenticity.

This certificate must be duly completed and validated with the stamp of a Chaumet boutique or an authorised Chaumet retailer.

This International Warranty applies without prejudice to the legal warranties and applicable laws in the country of purchase.

The following are not covered by the warranty:

Normal wear on the watch;
Any improper or abusive use (impacts, crushing, operating the crown or pushers while underwater, failing to reposition the crown correctly, etc.);
Straps;
The use of a battery other than one specified by Chaumet for quartz movements;
Damage resulting from work, repairs or disassembly carried out by an unauthorised service provider.

For any work carried out under the warranty, your watch must be taken to a Chaumet boutique or an authorised Chaumet retailer.

The warranty applies only upon presentation of the Chaumet Certificate of Authenticity.

Once the two (2) year warranty period has expired, the customer is responsible for the cost of any repairs.

Only genuine Chaumet watches are eligible for repair work.

Any work carried out by the After-Sales Service is covered by a one (1) year repair warranty from the date of repair, subject to applicable laws and the legal warranties in force.

This warranty applies only upon presentation of the service certificate or repair invoice.

Your watch may become damaged as a result of an impact.
