How do I have my Chaumet jewellery resized?

Having your Chaumet jewellery resized allows it to be adjusted to fit you while preserving its aesthetic and integrity. Each resizing request undergoes a thorough technical assessment to ensure compliance with the Maison’s quality standards. The adjustment options are specific to each piece and limited to help ensure its longevity. Certain specific considerations may also apply depending on the models. Please note that jewellery that has been resized cannot be returned or exchanged. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been confirmed?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, certain customer or delivery details can still be changed by contacting our Customer Service.Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track your parcel and, depending on the options offered by our logistics partner, update the delivery address directly through their portal.An order can only be cancelled before it is shipped. If your order is still being prepared, please contact our Customer Service. to request a cancellation. The 4Cs are the standard system developed by the GIA for evaluating a diamond’s quality.

Colour: measures the whiteness of a diamond, from D (perfectly white) to Z (slightly tinted).
Clarity: assesses the presence of inclusions, ranging from FL (flawless) to I3 (inclusions visible to the naked eye).
Cut: determines a diamond’s ability to capture and reflect light.
Carat: refers to the weight of the diamond; 1 carat is equivalent to 0.20 grams.

None of the 4Cs is more important than the others. When selecting its diamonds, Chaumet favours stones graded D to G in colour, FL to VS in clarity and Excellent to Very Good in cut.

In addition to these criteria, there is a fifth criterion unique to Chaumet: Harmony, which captures the unique emotion evoked by each diamond.
