Having your Chaumet jewellery resized allows it to be adjusted to fit you while preserving its aesthetic and integrity. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been confirmed?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, certain customer or delivery details can still be changed by contacting our Customer Service.Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track your parcel and, depending on the options offered by our logistics partner, update the delivery address directly through their portal.An order can only be cancelled before it is shipped. If your order is still being prepared, please contact our Customer Service. to request a cancellation.
