Can I change or cancel my order once it has been confirmed?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, certain customer or delivery details can still be changed by contacting our Customer Service.Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track your parcel and, depending on the options offered by our logistics partner, update the delivery address directly through their portal.An order can only be cancelled before it is shipped. If your order is still being prepared, please contact our Customer Service. to request a cancellation. 18-carat gold, also known as 750‰ gold, is an alloy comprising 75% pure gold combined with other metals to improve its strength and durability.

Chaumet uses only 18-carat gold for its jewellery, which is available in yellow, rose and white gold.
