Nature

Le Laurier de Chaumet

La Nature de Chaumet collection reinterprets the Maison’s founding sources of inspiration, expressing the identity of Chaumet while revealing its vision of nature. Four themes are the new chapters that tell the story; the laurel, the ear of wheat, the oak and the lily – all attributes of the gods in classical mythology and interpreted by the Maison since its origins.

Emblem of victory and an ode to Apollo, the evergreen laurel also celebrates immortality. With triumphant femininity, it is adorned here with shades of blue and pink. The suppleness and movement of the pieces evoke Apollo and Daphne’s love chase.

La Nature de Chaumet

The reinvention of a symbolic garden. Slender stems carrying flowers, ethereal leaves curled around fruit, wild grasses harbouring insects, golden harvests in summer splendour… such is the essence of Chaumet’s nature.

Mastering its expertise to create enchantment, Chaumet has invented precious jewels that tell the fabulous story of Parisian High Jewellery, born in 1780, with the lightness of hand and deceptive simplicity that defines its style.

Majesty and grace, power and delicacy: from one period to another the Maison writes new chapters of a story that celebrates nuance and composition, opposites brought together in stunning contrasts. Nature interpreted by Chaumet teems with life, it is an ode to the eternal cycle of plants, foliage and berries, from bud to bloom.

The sculpted chalcedony, sapphires and spinels of the Frise divine ensemble create a gradation of lavender blue, violet and pink tones. Repeated motifs of bending leaves are subtly enhanced by the finest yellow gold threading.
