Madrid Welcomes Chaumet's Tea Time

Chaumet continues its gourmet journey, bringing its celebrated Tea Time to Madrid. Following a successful debut at The Peninsula Paris in summer 2025, the Maison partners with the Mandarin Oriental Ritz Madrid, from April 9 to August 31, 2026. This unique Tea Time, hosted in the hotel’s majestic Palm Court, is a collaboration between two Maisons renowned for their heritage and savoir-faire.

A Jewel of Flavors

Inspired by the bold Bee de Chaumet jewels, the exclusive menu features delectable savory creations by Michelin-starred Chef Thomas Stork and exquisite floral desserts by Lidia Del Val Sánchez, celebrating Chaumet’s nearly 250-year legacy as a « naturalist jeweller ». The collection’s honeycomb cell motif subtly adorns the tableware, with golden tones and meticulous details evoking the precious world of Bee de Chaumet in every bite.
