How will my order be packaged?

Chaumet creations are delivered in their signature box and wrapped with the greatest care in specifically designed packaging. They are delivered with their certificate of authenticity, a shopping bag and the accessories necessary to present the product if you have ordered it as a gift.

If your order includes several pieces, you will receive as many packages as you order.

I want to get a gift delivered: can I include a message for the recipient?

When you place your order, you can add a personalised message that will be hand-written and included in the package.

Does my order on chaumet.com come with a guarantee? And a certificate?

Chaumet creations are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. Each creation comes with a certificate of authenticity as well as a GIA certificate for pieces set with a diamond weighing more than 0.30 carat.

Can I modify an order once it's been confirmed?

It is not possible to modify the content of an order after it has been confirmed.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it to us free of charge.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can consult the corresponding receipt at any time from your account page on chaumet.com.

Can I have a Chaumet creation that I ordered online engraved in store?

If you wish to have your Chaumet creation engraved after ordering it online and if it is compatible with an engraving, you have a period of 2 months from the date written on your receipt to have it engraved at the Chaumet boutique of your choice. Please bring this invoice and your creation’s certificate of authenticity with you when you visit the boutique.
