For cash on delivery, please pay the delivery provider in cash upon arrival of the product.
For bank transfer payments, please make the transfer within ten (10) business days of placing your order. Please note that your order will be cancelled if you are unable to make the transfer.
Items can be shipped within Japan only.
The standard days to delivery is between three (3) days and fourteen (14) days after receiving the confirmation of shipment (excluding holidays, year-end and New Year holidays and holidays specified by the Company).
Please note that we are unable to deliver the item within the period above where the product you ordered is not in or out of stock.
If the product does not arrive after ten (10) days of placing order, please contact our Customer Support Center.
Even if you have specified a delivery date and time, delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions or the area of your residence.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of purchased products except in the case that the delivered product or quantity is different from the order or the product is stained, damaged or otherwise defective. We will bear the shipping cost of returning the product where a return or an exchange is accepted.
